His last assignment was with Landis + Gyr Limited as HR Country Leader for India. Post Graduate in PM & IR from XISS, he holds around 22 years of corporate career in HR with a number of domestic and multinational organizations in diversified Industry segments like Hospital, Paints, Logistics, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, cemicals, Agriculture, Electronic Manufacturing and Product Engineering. His areas of interest include Executive Coaching, Leadership and Talent Development, creating Business Systems and Processes and conducting assessments and development centres Dhruva, has conducted management and leadership development programs in various companies.
